This apartment is fully furnished and generously equipped with kitchen utensils etc. In a very peaceful area. To the beach is a 3 minute drive and to the city about 5 minutes.

• 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. In the living room is a couch with a pull out bed.

• Bedding and towels are supplied
• In the winter months, a gas heater is available if it's needed. The owner takes responsibility of the changing the gas. A bottle of gas costs approx: 12 Euro and can be exchanged for a full one by the sports arena.

• Kaution 100 Euro
• Anzahlung von 30% bei Buchung, Restzahlung bei Anreise
• Preise verstehen sich pro Nacht und Wohnung
• Bei 5 Pers. wird ein Aufschlag von 8 Euro pro Nacht erhoben.
