La Herradura one of the most beautiful places to soar.

Only from a 70m take-off it's possible to soar there for many hours. Flying over Punta de la Mona with wonderful views of the beach cove and landscapes are breathtaking.

When reaching the beach street from La Herradura turn left and follow the road leading to Marina del Este when you see the big sign Marina del Este don't take this road keep on the main road turning left.

As the road curves to the right you'll see a small dead-end street on the Left take that and park your car in front of the houses. The dirt road on the left leads to the take-off.

Dangers / Info's

When the conditions are right then there is very much air traffic. It's not recommended to fly south of the lighthouse.

Big ears and use of the speed bar is often essential here. Make sure you have a briefing with the local fliers before you start.
