Hier können Sie bequem Ihr Auto online buchen! So einfach geht's: Sie schicken uns per Email... ..mail ...ihre Flugdaten: Flugnummer, genaue Ankunft und Abflugzeiten, Fluggesellschaft, Namen des Fahrers und ihre Mobil Nr.. Sie bekommen dann innerhalb eines Tages die Buchungsbestätigung mit Buchungsnummer per Email und zur Vorlage am Flughafen zugeschickt. Die Autos stehen dann am Flughafen vollgetankt für sie bereit.

1) Minimum Rental:

The rates quoted are weekly rates but the rental can be for less than a week. The minimum rental is 3 days, this is calculated by the next way: Divide the weekly rate by 5 and multiply the result by 3 or 4 days. The price for a 5 or 6 day's rental is the same as a weekly rental. For rentals longer than a week please divide by 7 and multiply by 8, 9 days etc.

2) Extras:

· Baby seat: 2,50 € per day. In Majorca we ask a deposit of 30€. If the baby seat is returned in the same condition as supplied we refund the deposit charged. For security reasons, baby seats must be fitted by the parent or guardian.
Additional drivers: 2 € per day. Maximum charge 10€ per driver. Maximum: 3 additional drivers per contract.

No charge for:

· After hours
· Roof-racks From 01.11.2005 not available any longer
· First additional driver.
· One-way rentals mainland

3) How to make a booking:

The easiest way to make a booking is sending an Email

We will send you the confirmation of the booking Nr. within 48 hours. In order to save time, we would appreciate receiving the following details of the client: Christian- and surname, address, holiday address, type of car, period of car hire, flight number, arrival time, departure time, driving licence number, date of issue, passport number. If we receive all this information previously the collection won't take long.

4) Petrol:

The vehicles are delivered with a full tank of petrol.
Full tank values pre-payable, between 50 € and 100 € according to supplied model. Cars should be returned with an empty tank! ( man zahlt bei Übernahme eine Tankfüllung und bringt das Fahrzeug leer zurück!)

5) Payment details:

Client pays on arrival agents price + full tank of petrol.

6) Insurance:

(Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung!) (Unterboden, Reifen und Glas sind nicht versichert)

The insurance is fully comprehensive, but replacement keys, undercarriage, traffic fines, all expenses and costs that arise from refueling with the incorrect fuel and tyres or wheels are not covered under insurance. In case of damage the hirer is liable for such items. All thefts must be reported to the police and a copy of the report obtained. Personal effects cover is not included and we recommend your clients to ensure that these are covered by their travel insurance. If clients load the car with more than the stated capacity or vehicles are taken "off-road" or drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the insurance cover becomes invalid. In case of accident or collision client must fill up correctly the provided form (declaración amistosa de accidente de automóvil). For some exceptions, please see paragraph number 10)

We offer customers an optional protection (20€ per rental, to be paid on arrival) to reduce their liability to wheels and tyres. Towing costs or any other expenses are not covered under this insurance. If the customer declines this insurance he will be liable for damages caused to tyres and wheels.

7) Included in the net rates:

· Unlimited mileage

· Delivery/Collection Alicante, Almería, Jerez de la Frontera, Malaga Airport

VERY IMPORTANT:

If there is a difference of more than 4 hours between arrival (collection of the car) and departure (return of the car) time we will charge an additional day's rental. With other words, we allow your clients 4 hours grace

8) Delivery and collection at the airports:

Alicante:The client will find our office inside the airport building, situated in the car rental area.

Almería:
The client will find our office inside the airport building situated in the car rental area.

Málaga:The client will find our office inside the airport building situated in the car rental area, which is below the baggage belt area.

Valencia:The client will find our office inside the airport building situated in the car rental area.

9) Age Limits / Payment/ Bezahlung:

Drivers must be over 21 years and have held a driving licence (international driving license) for a minimum of 12 months. No maximum age restriction or surcharge. Drivers must be in possession of a valid credit card (Master Card, VISA Card or EC Card). American Express Cards or debit cards are not accepted. No cash payment accepted either. (Bezahlung mit Bargeld nicht möglich!) ( Für Diejenigen, die keine Kreditkarte haben, können wir in Ausnahmefällen ein Auto bei einer Autovermietung in Almuñecar buchen. Die Autos werden dann auch in Malaga Flughafen bereitgestellt)

10) Free sell:

Cars are on free sell basis with exception of the "special" groups X, E, DD, FF, G, GG, H, I, J, K, L, LL, M, O, P, PP and S which are only on request. Specified details on all car groups you can find on the price-list. A/C = air conditioning - FULL EQUIPPED = power steering, electric windows, air bags. DIESEL CARS ARE AVAILABLE, NORMALLY AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 2 EUROS PER DAY, BUT CAN NEVER BE CONFIRMED TO THE CLIENT. If the client wants to hire a diesel car he should ask for it on arrival. WE DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO REMOVE SEATS FROM OUR PEOPLE CARRIERS.

All extensions of "special vehicles" are on request. The hire contract can not be extended without prior notice. If the hire contract cannot be extended because of non availability of the car the client MUST return the car on the agreed date. If the customer does not return the car on the agreed date the car is not insured. Client must go to the nearest office for extension and/or payment of the rental.

11) Vehicles with excess:

Group Q: client will have to pay an excess of 1500€. This amount will be charged in the client's credit card. If the car is returned in exactly the same condition as supplied, this amount will be reimbursed.

15) Cross Border Policy:

Cars can be driven only to Portugal and Gibraltar at no additional charge. Clients are not allowed to drive to other foreign countries!
